In the Expanses of the Cosmos...

The galaxy of Luminara pulses with mystic energy. Vast nebulas hide ancient secrets, and stars tell tales of long-forgotten civilizations. Among these stars, one artifact has persisted through time, shaping the destiny of countless species and worlds: the Tarot. A mystical deck of cards, the Tarot is not just a divination tool; it is a symbol of power and knowledge, a weapon, and a guide.

The Legacy of the Ancients:

Eons ago, the Ancients—the first beings of Luminara—discovered the Tarot on a desolate planet at the galaxy's edge. They quickly realized that these weren't mere cards. The Minor Arcana influenced the material, granting abilities that could shape duels and wars. The Major Arcana, on the other hand, touched the very fabric of fate, bestowing boons or calamities, steering the course of entire civilizations.

But with great power came great responsibility and danger. Civilizations vied for control of the Tarot, leading to galactic wars that nearly obliterated Luminara's tapestry of life.

The Rise of the Duelists:

From the ashes of these wars, a new order was born. Instead of vast armies, individual champions—known as Duelists—were chosen or volunteered to wield the Tarot. These duels decided the fate of planets, species, and star systems. But it wasn't just about combat; the Tarot forced these duelists to understand and embrace their inner selves, confronting their fears, desires, and destinies.

The Modern Luminara:

Today, in the bustling spaceports of Luminara, you'll find any imaginable species from across the galaxy. Some are merchants, others scholars, pirates, or explorers. But among them, the Duelists stand apart. With their Tarot decks, they continue the ancient tradition, seeking personal power, justice, knowledge, or simply the thrill of the duel.
